You will work closely with the finance team, including the Accounting Manager and Financial Analyst, to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using SAP and other financial software.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the Finance Director in managing the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using SAP and other financial software.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank accounts.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support the finance team in the implementation of internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed, including sales, operations, and procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in an international trade or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP and other financial software, including Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a hybrid or remote work environment is a plus.
