🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare training or a related field.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or iSpring Suite.
• Experience with virtual reality simulations and mobile learning apps is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
