📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement customized agile solutions for clients across various industries.
• Guide organizations through their digital transformation journeys using agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to help teams adopt agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of agile projects.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on improving their processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of agile initiatives, providing regular feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in organizational agility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in organizational agility, consulting, or a related field.
• Certification in agile methodologies such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Certified Kanban Professional (CKP).
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks and tools such as Jira, Trello, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven track record of successful agile transformations and process improvements.
