📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastries using traditional and modern techniques.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Follow and adhere to recipes and production schedules.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.
• Ensure all equipment is clean, functional, and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in bakery, pastry, or kitchen operations.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
• Experience with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with using kitchen software or POS systems is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
