• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the healthcare industry.
• Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of sales activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare market, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
• Proficient in using sales CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Certification in healthcare sales or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
