📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop high-quality digital products, including e-books, infographics, interactive quizzes, and online courses.
• Collaborate with content strategists to ensure our digital products align with our educational goals and audience needs.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva to create visually engaging and user-friendly content.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve our digital products.
• Work with developers to ensure our digital products are technically sound and optimized for performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital content creation.
• Contribute to the development of our brand's digital content strategy.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall vision and goals of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Communications, or Design.
• 3-5 years of experience in creating digital content, with a strong portfolio to showcase your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Blackboard is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for education and knowledge sharing.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
