As a Finance Staff / Accountant at Pengbo Dental Medical Co., Limited, you will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks, including but not limited to, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial decision-making and support the company's strategic goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax filings.
• Conduct regular financial analyses and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and support the company's strategic goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in an international company.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
