📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure training needs are met.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training participants.,Provide support and guidance to employees on career development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and other training management tools.,Certification in training and development is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
