📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Create user manuals, quick reference guides, and other types of technical documentation,Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to internal teams on documentation processes,Contribute to the development of documentation tools and templates

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and practices,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in using technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar,Familiarity with version control systems like Git,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
