📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop foundry processes for semiconductor manufacturing.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Optimize production processes to improve yield and efficiency.,Conduct process validation and characterization to ensure product quality.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.,Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.,5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or foundry engineering.,Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.,Proficiency in process control and statistical process control (SPC).,Experience with semiconductor process simulation and modeling tools.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and teamwork abilities.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is a plus.
