📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
• Assist the Head Chef in developing and implementing new menu items and recipes.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure that they are up-to-date with all kitchen procedures and safety regulations.
• Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure that the kitchen is running efficiently and profitably.
• Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and other members of the kitchen team to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
• Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working order and that any repairs or maintenance are carried out promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.
• Proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
