📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.,Identify, record, and track software defects and issues, and work with development teams to resolve them.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure that software products meet quality standards.,Perform automated and manual testing, including regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.,Stay up-to-date with the latest software testing tools, techniques, and industry trends.,Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders on the progress of testing activities.,Mentor and train junior testers and other team members on best practices and testing methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in manual and automated testing.,Proven experience in designing and executing test cases, and identifying and tracking defects.,Familiarity with software testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, and other relevant tools.,Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
