📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales process, from customer inquiries to closing deals.,Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions, managing cash and inventory, and ensuring accurate financial records.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and concerns promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.,Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Experience in cashier duties is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management is an advantage.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.,Valid ID and work permit.
