📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety and health programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and best practices.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate records of safety and health data and prepare reports for management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.,Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and regulations.,Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure preparedness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or industrial sector.,Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent) is preferred.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards applicable to the manufacturing industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using safety management software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
