📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance business performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.,Provide support and guidance to staff members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new operational initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
