📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the roles.,Coordinate with other departments to understand their staffing needs and requirements.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve recruitment processes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Proven track record of successfully hiring and retaining top talent.,Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its recruitment challenges.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
