📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food cost management.,Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.,Train and develop staff to maintain high service quality.,Monitor and maintain food safety and hygiene standards.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of food items.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
