📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise branch operations to ensure smooth daily activities.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet branch targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Train and develop branch staff to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a retail or sales environment.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
