PT Dwi Tani is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Cikarang. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and has a passion for logistics and fleet management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.,Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and have valid licenses and permits.,Investigate and resolve any issues related to vehicle maintenance or operation.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to drivers on vehicle operation and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
