📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, implement, and assess play-based learning activities that meet the developmental needs of infants and young children aged 0-6 years
• Create a safe, stimulating, and educational environment that promotes children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Develop and maintain individualised learning plans for each child, in consultation with parents and carers
• Monitor children's progress and provide regular feedback to parents and carers
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a consistent and high-quality service is provided to all children in the centre
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including first aid and emergency procedures
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education
• Promote a positive and inclusive culture that values diversity and celebrates each child's unique abilities and interests

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a centre-based setting
• Certification in Early Childhood Education, such as a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (DECE) or equivalent
• Experience with play-based learning and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Knowledge of child development stages and how to support children's learning and growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• First Aid certification
• Passion for working with infants and young children, and a commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education and care
