📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and malfunctions.
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement electrical upgrades and improvements.
• Document maintenance activities and equipment status for record-keeping and reporting.
• Participate in emergency response and shutdown procedures to ensure safety and operational continuity.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical technology and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven knowledge of electrical systems, including PLCs, SCADA, and control panels.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards and regulations, such as OSHA and IEC.
• Certification in electrical safety, such as NEBOSH or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using electrical diagnostic tools and software, such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.
