In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the clinic, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the finance manager in achieving the company's financial goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process and reconcile bank statements, payroll, and other financial transactions.,Maintain and update financial records and databases.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the finance manager and other relevant stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the clinic.,Support the finance manager in financial planning and analysis.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings.,Provide financial advice and support to the clinic's management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
