📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of sustainable farming practices, including crop rotation, organic fertilizers, and integrated pest management.
• Support agronomists in the collection and analysis of soil and crop data using advanced tools like GIS software and drone technology.
• Conduct field assessments to evaluate crop health, identify potential issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed crop records and reports using agricultural management software.
• Collaborate with the farm team to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices.
• Assist in the organization of farm visits and field trips to learn from other successful agricultural operations.
• Support the development of educational materials and presentations on sustainable farming techniques for internal and external audiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field (preferably with a focus on sustainable agriculture).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in agronomy or a related agricultural field, with a strong background in sustainable farming practices.
• Proficiency in using agricultural management software such as CropX, FarmLogs, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with GIS software and drone technology for agricultural applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and act on data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian agricultural regulations and best practices for sustainable farming.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate farm equipment safely.
