📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and professional welcome.,Manage and coordinate front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and documentation.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences and resolve any issues.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.,Familiarity with guest relations management systems (GRMS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards is a plus.
