📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Conduct needs assessments to identify learning and development opportunities for employees.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure that learning and development programs meet the specific needs of different teams.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Experience in designing and facilitating training programs.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.
