📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the overall operations and strategic direction of the insurance division.,Develop and implement business strategies to ensure the growth and profitability of the division.,Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors to achieve organizational goals.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Monitor financial performance and ensure accurate reporting.,Identify and mitigate risks to the division and implement risk management strategies.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the insurance industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing insurance operations.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, claims, and risk management.,Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
