📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting the company's IT infrastructure.,Support the IT Manager in implementing new technologies and systems.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT services.,Monitor and maintain IT security protocols and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools.,Work closely with other departments to ensure IT needs are met.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems.,Proficiency in using IT support tools and software.,Good understanding of IT security principles and practices.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English is a plus.
