📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing and coordinating the daily operations of the vehicle fleet.
• Ensuring the timely maintenance and repair of vehicles.
• Monitoring and managing fuel consumption and expenses.
• Scheduling and managing driver assignments and routes.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Generating and analyzing fleet performance reports.
• Providing support to the Fleet Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
