Quick Camp Corporindo is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our campsites and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the campsite, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the campsite is well-maintained and clean.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.,Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and prepare reports for management.,Organize and lead team-building activities and events to foster a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality or tourism industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
